Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday-Friday will generally be shipped by our designers within 24-72 hours of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
In rare cases if an item is out of stock it can take between 3-4 weeks for the item to arrive. If such is the case we will notify you within 1 business day and offer a cancellation and full refund for your purchase at your discretion.
We currently only ship to mainland USA. If you reside outside this region please contact us quoting the item name and we will do our best to make an arrangement.

All gift card sales are final.
Items purchased using a gift card are eligible for exchange only.
Returns and exchanges must be filed with and approved by Ama Online customer service within 10 business days after date of delivery.
Depending on the item(s) returns and exchanges may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%.
Upon approval of the request we will send you a prepaid shipping label - the item(s) purchased must be returned in a padded envelope.
Once our offices receive the shipment we will issue a refund less restocking fees if applicable.
The item(s) returned must have zero signs of wear or damage, and must not be altered in any way from its original condition. If these conditions aren't met Ama Online holds the right to deny any return at any time.
